Estate Property Specialists completed the removal and replacement of the old timber fascia at my property. The job came with a few challenges,  the fascia was over 7 metres high and access was made difficult by a steep driveway, requiring specialised scaffolding. The work was completed while I was away, and I really appreciated the regular photo and video updates throughout the process. It gave me peace of mind knowing the job was being managed professionally. On top of that, they worked through some pretty wet conditions,  another green tick in my book for how they handled it all.  This was part of some important maintenance to address ageing materials and also to keep the property in good shape for future leasing. The final result was excellent. That side of the home now looks clean, freshly painted, and well-presented, with the fascia fully restored and built to last. I engaged Estate Property Specialists to handle the estate clearance of a family home in the surrounding suburbs of Dulwich Hill to prepare for sale. From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They cleared the house, garage, sheds, and yard — sorting items into donations, recyclables, and general waste — and even coordinated the removal of heavy tools and materials. James was so helpful with clearing and cleaning my neighbour's home ready for sale, after her moving into aged care. He is great with communicating and did all that we asked for.
